This piece of land has a stated size of 29,749m2 it is located opposite the village of Castillejar and within easy walking distance of the village centre.
It has already been declared as urbanised land and therefore should meet all the requirements to install log cabins.
Close to the beautiful lake Negratin – a stunning damned off reservoir with beach and restaurants.
Castilléjar
This is a rural village in the "Comarca de Huescar" or vicinity of Huescar. It is best approached from either the direction of Huescar (to the north-east) or Baza (to the south-west) on the A330.
So where is that? Castilléjar is in the province of Granada, in the autonomous district of Andalucia, Spain.
According to the census of 2004 it had 2120 inhabitants and was mostly centred around agriculture, with such crops as olives, maize and wheat.
This area is famous for its cave houses, the concept of which dates back to the eviction of the Moors, by the Catholic Kings.
These cave house are unique due to the nature of the soil / rock bed and are proving very popular with people wanting to move to the area.
The prices are very affordable, although quite often these cave house properties are not exactly up to modern day specifications for an instant move in.
This land with log cabins installed would make a beautiful holiday destination in this stunning countryside environment.
